Homeowner Binder
Homeowner Binder, Fillable PDF Home Maintenance Planner (Digital Download)
Checkout happens on Etsy (secure, Etsy buyer protection). Files appear in your Etsy account under Purchases the moment payment clears.
The moment is the first week in a house, or the tenth year, when the furnace filter size, the water shutoff and the roofer's number live in four different places. The Homeowner Binder is one fillable PDF for all of it: shutoffs and the breaker panel, appliance models and warranties, a seasonal calendar, repair and contractor records and project pages, 31 pages with 2,099 typeable fields.
On day one, open the US Letter or A4 file in Acrobat Reader, Preview or a browser and type in what you already know: the address, the utility accounts, where the main water valve is. Leave the rest blank and fill pages as repairs happen. Skip it if you rent and the landlord handles maintenance, or if you want an app that sends reminders. This is a document you keep, not software.
