How do I receive my files after purchase?

Everything is an instant digital download; there is nothing physical shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are ready in your Etsy account under Purchases, and Etsy also emails you a download link. If you ever have trouble accessing a file, message the shop and we will help right away.

Do I need to print these, or can I use them digitally?

Both work. Every system is designed to print at home on standard US Letter paper (most also include A4), and you can fill them in digitally on a tablet with a PDF app such as GoodNotes. The fillable PDFs let you type directly into the fields on a computer too. No special software or subscription required.

Which app should I use to type into the PDF?

Free Adobe Acrobat Reader (computer, iPad, Android) saves what you type. GoodNotes, Notability and Xodo work too. Avoid typing in a web browser's built-in PDF viewer: many of them do not save form fields. Save a blank copy first.

US Letter or A4?

Most products include both, and each listing says which. Print at 100% / Actual size. Low-ink versions are included where a product prints well without the color backgrounds.

How do the spreadsheet versions work?

Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Sheets. Type in the light cells; the formula cells calculate for you. Listing photos use sample data, and your copy starts blank.

What if I have a problem or a question about my order?

Message the shop through Etsy or email info@panicproofprintables.com. Because these are instant digital downloads, returns are not offered once a file has been delivered, but if a file will not open, prints oddly, or you are not sure how to use part of it, reach out and it will be made right.

Can I share the files?

Your purchase is for personal use in your own household: print as many copies as you need for yourself and your family. Please do not resell, share or post the files.
